Barcelona was taken by surprise on March 8, 2010 when what looked like a rainy day turned into a major snow storm. Traffic was backed up all over the city and some of the main roads were closed. While it was a headache for many it provide a great opportunity to see something that you almost never get to see in Barcelona, SNOW!
